Here's what to expect for delivery. Your exact options and cost are always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Delivery cost

• Free United Kingdom delivery on orders over £100.
• Orders under £100 pay a flat £9.99 delivery charge.

Every dishwasher in our range is priced above the free-delivery threshold, so delivery is free on a single-machine order.

Where we ship

We deliver within United Kingdom — England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently ship outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Estimated delivery times

• Dispatch: we aim to dispatch orders within one working day.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch with a tracked courier.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. If anything is going to take longer than the estimate above, we'll email you rather than leave you waiting.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we haven't delivered within 30 days of your order you can cancel it for a full refund.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery of a heavy item

Tabletop dishwashers ship as a single boxed parcel. Please check the box for obvious damage before signing for it, and tell us within 48 hours if it arrives damaged so we can sort a replacement quickly.
